Does Ormi handle multi-week remodeling projects?
Yes. Projects span as many days or weeks as needed with per-phase scheduling, milestone-based progress invoicing, and change order workflows. The mobile app keeps the crew in sync.
Can I manage subcontractors and their invoices separately?
Yes. Each sub lives as a vendor on the job with their own contacts, quotes, schedules, and invoice tracking. Customer-facing invoices and sub-payable invoices are tracked separately.
Do change orders actually work in-app?
Yes. Generate a change order with scope + pricing, customer signs on tablet or remotely, and the job's schedule + invoice auto-adjust. No separate doc, no 'forgot to charge for it' surprises.
Can I attach architectural plans, permits, and material spec sheets?
Unlimited file attachments per job — PDFs, photos, drawings, spec sheets. Versioned so you can see the before/after. Customer portal shows only what you share with them.
Does the per-technician model work for long projects?
Yes. Ormi costs $25 per technician who starts assigned job work or whose assigned job is completed by anyone that month, with a one-technician monthly minimum after the 15-day trial. Jobs and invoices are unlimited, with no per-job or per-invoice Ormi fee. Payment processing fees may still apply.
