Past your package it is 5 cents a minute, itemised on your invoice with the minutes that caused it - you are warned at 80%, 90% and 100%, you can set a monthly limit, and incoming calls always ring. Change package at any time, and an upgrade covers the whole month. Remove it and it keeps working until the end of the month you have already paid for, then is not billed again.
