How to connect Dropbox to Ormi

Connect Dropbox via OAuth

Settings → Integrations → Dropbox. Sign in and authorize. Ormi requests access only to folders you designate.

Choose sync folder strategy

Options: (A) One Ormi folder with per-customer subfolders [default], (B) Per-job subfolders, (C) Per-technician folders. Pick what fits your workflow.

Dropbox integration questions

01Does Ormi store files separately, or just link to Dropbox?

Both. Files captured in Ormi are stored in Ormi by default (always accessible). Dropbox sync is an option if you prefer your own cloud storage system of record.

02What about storage limits?

Ormi file storage is included in the base $1/job plan. Dropbox limits are whatever your Dropbox account allows.
