OneDrive is the third file destination beside Google Drive and Dropbox, and it works the same way: when a job is completed or an invoice is paid, its photos and signed documents are copied one way into a dedicated Ormi folder in your OneDrive. Ormi stays the system of record. The Entra application you register is yours, the Graph quota is yours, and nothing outside the Ormi folder is ever touched.
Entra admin centre, App registrations, New registration. Platform Web, not Single-page application: a SPA redirect URI caps refresh tokens at 24 hours, so the backup would stop every night and look like an outage.
Delegated Microsoft Graph permissions Files.ReadWrite.AppFolder, offline_access and User.Read. AppFolder is the point: Files.ReadWrite reaches every file you own and Files.ReadWrite.All reaches the whole organisation, and neither is needed to write into one folder.
Settings, then Integrations, then OneDrive. Copy the secret VALUE, not the Secret ID. They are stored against your company and encrypted. Connect, then finish a job: the queue drains every few minutes and the connection shows the last push.
Real workflows, not marketing bullets.
It is the same app registration, and deliberately so: making you register two applications for one Microsoft account would be asking you to do our filing. Signing in to Ormi with a Microsoft account is a separate feature and is not switched on yet.
No. Files.ReadWrite.AppFolder reaches one folder that the Ormi app itself owns. Everything else in your OneDrive is invisible to it, and it never deletes anything.
Any plan with OneDrive and the ability to register an application in your directory. The copies count against your own OneDrive storage, because the application is yours.
The queue keeps the files and retries with a backoff, and the connection shows the last error rather than going quiet. Silence is the failure mode that matters here: a shop that believes its photos are backed up and finds out later.
