How to connect Gmail to Ormi

Connect Gmail via OAuth

Settings → Integrations → Gmail. Sign in with the Google account you want to send from. Grant send-as permission.

Configure per-user sender addresses

Larger shops: assign different sender addresses per team member (e.g. [email protected] vs [email protected]).

Gmail integration questions

01Do I need Google Workspace, or does regular Gmail work?

Either works. Google Workspace is recommended for shops that want per-employee addresses and better admin controls, but personal Gmail is fine for solo operators.

02What happens if I don't connect Gmail?

Emails send from an Ormi-branded address by default. Customers can still reply — it routes to your account inbox in Ormi.
