Slack and Ormi
Slack is planned as a fifth notification channel beside email, SMS, push and in-app, so the routing you already configure in Ormi decides what reaches a channel. None of it is built: there is no Ormi Slack app and no Slack code in the product today.

There is nothing to install yet
There is no Ormi app in the Slack directory and no Slack tab in Ormi. Notification routing lives under Communications, then Notifications, and that is where Slack will appear as one more channel when it ships.

- A dispatcher watching a channel sees a job go sideways before the customer rings about it
- An owner wants the invoices over a threshold in front of them without opening Ormi

Slack integration questions
What do I get today instead?
The notification system itself, which is real: per-event channels, per-person preferences, and delivery records. Slack is a destination it does not have yet.
Will the Slack integration cost extra?
No. Nothing in Ormi is priced per integration, and Slack will not be either.
Will I be able to reply in Slack to assign a job?
Not in the first version. Acting on a job from a chat message is a different feature from being told about it, and only the second is scoped.
