How to connect Slack to Ormi

Add the Ormi app to Slack

Settings → Integrations → Slack. Click "Add to Slack". Authorize. Choose the workspace if you have multiple.

Pick channels per event

Route "new jobs" to #dispatch, "completions" to #team, "customer replies" to #service. Fully customizable.

Test a notification

Create a test job and verify the notification posts to your chosen channel. Adjust if needed.
