Connect Microsoft to Ormi
Connect your Outlook mailbox and Ormi sends estimates and invoices through it, so they land in its Sent folder like anything else you send and replies come back to you. Sign in with your Microsoft work account and approve Ormi; there is nothing to register. You can also sign in to Ormi itself with Microsoft, on the web and in the mobile app.

How to connect Microsoft to Ormi
Open Microsoft in Apps and press Connect Outlook
Sign in as the mailbox the mail should come from. You sign in at Microsoft; Ormi never sees your password.
Approve sending
Microsoft shows what Ormi asks for: permission to send mail as you, and to keep that connection. Nothing that reads your mailbox.
Send an estimate
It leaves from your mailbox and lands in your Sent folder. Companies whose IT prefers their own Entra app can add it under "Use your own Microsoft app" first.

Microsoft integration questions
Can I sign in to Ormi with my Microsoft account?
Yes, with a work or school account: "Continue with Microsoft" on the sign-in page and in the mobile app. Signing in is separate from connecting Outlook; either works without the other.
Does Ormi read my mailbox?
No. The permission is Mail.Send, which can send as the connected account and cannot list, read or delete anything. Replies arrive in your mailbox and stay there.
Is this required to send customer email?
No. Customer email works from your own domain with no Microsoft account at all. Connecting Outlook changes which mailbox the mail leaves from, not whether it can be sent.
Will my personal Outlook.com account work?
No. Connecting Outlook and signing in with Microsoft are built for work and school accounts (Microsoft 365).
