Connect QuickBooks Online or Xero

Link your accounting software so invoices, payments, bills and customers flow into your books without re-keying.

Before you start

  • Admin access in Ormi.
  • Admin access to your QuickBooks Online or Xero company, since you sign in to it during setup.

Connect#

  1. Open Apps in the sidebar.
  2. Click the QuickBooks or Xero card.
  3. Click Connect QuickBooks or Connect Xero, sign in to your accounting software, and approve access.
  4. Back in Ormi you will see "Integration connected successfully". Finish the account mapping Ormi asks for.

Once mapped, invoices and payments sync on their own. Payments recorded in your books flow back and mark the Ormi invoice paid.

Disconnect#

  1. Open the same integration from Apps.
  2. Disconnect it. You will see "Integration disconnected successfully". Nothing already in your books is deleted.

What if this fails?

Nothing is syncing after connecting.
Check the account mapping is finished on the integration page. Syncing starts once accounts are mapped.
