Install the Ormi Field app and sign in

Get the Android app from Google Play, sign in with the work email your company set up, and turn on fingerprint or face sign-in.

Before you start

  • An Android phone. The iPhone app is not released yet.
  • Your company has invited you and you have set a password from the invite email. See Invite your team.

Install#

  1. On your Android phone, open Google Play and search for Ormi Field, or go to ormi.com/download/android.
  2. Install the app and open it.

Sign in#

  1. Enter the Email your company invited and your Password, then tap Sign in. You can also use Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft if that is your work account.
  2. If the app shows Check your email, enter the 6-digit code from the email and tap Verify and sign in.
  3. When asked, tap Enable to sign in with your fingerprint or face next time, or Not now.

Once enabled, a Sign in with biometric button appears on the sign-in screen.

Find your way around#

  • Today: your next job and today's timeline.
  • Jobs: your assigned jobs, in order. My jobs is the default view.
  • Schedule: Day, 3 day, Week and Map views.
  • Time: clock in, breaks and clock out.
  • More: settings, sync status and everything else.

What if this fails?

"Login failed. Check your credentials."
Check the email is the one your company invited. The app has no self-serve reset: tap Forgot password? and ask your administrator, or email support from that screen.
"... isn't linked to an Ormi workspace yet."
You signed in with a Google, Microsoft or Apple account your company has not invited. Sign in with the work email your administrator used.
"That code didn't match. Try again."
Use the newest code in your inbox. Older codes stop working when a new one is sent.
